Humble House has a vast collection of resources and over the past few years we have expanded the services and technology offered. If you've ever wondered how to use our online catalog to find a book. how you can read the digitized versions of the Edmonds Tribune, wanted someone to walk you through checking out a book, or wondered if the CZUR scanner could help you preserve precious memorabilia then you'll want to attend this event. We'll have docent's available to walk you through all the things SIGS has to offer. Stop by anytime between 10am and 3pm, take a tour, and enjoy some treats. Bring a friend!

Due to scheduling issues, there will be NO General Meeting in February.  There are still plenty of opportunities to talk family history including the Humble House Library hours, Coffee Klatches, and the Tool Shed meeting.  Please check the calendar for more details. 

We are closing out our 2023/2024 season with a gathering of our growing, vibrant community of members and their guests. This season we've grown our membership, strengthened our financial situation, digitized 20 years of Edmonds Tribune-Review newspapers, added new programs, and more. We've had a great year, and it's time to celebrate. We encourage all members to join us on Wednesday, June 5th, starting at 6:30 pm. There is no set agenda, so feel free to arrive whenever you can. And don't forget to bring a family member or friend who might be interested in family history. We'll have snacks, coffee, and tea for everyone. It's a great opportunity to talk to other members about genealogy or just catch up on what's going on. In addition to the social gathering, Officers and Board members will be available to discuss our accomplishments from this season and our goals for the coming season. If you have ideas, opinions, or suggestions, please don't hesitate to share them with us.

We're deviating from our normal educational event so that SIGS members can get together and share in the holiday. No RSVP required, but if you'd like to bring a treat to share, drop us an email at askus@snoislegenealogy.org. If you're not a member but have been considering it, now's a great time to join. Click on 'Join or Renew' on the left. We will also have a show-and-tell portion of the meeting, so if you have an artifact, picture, or samples of your research to show, please bring them with you to the meeting.
