Everett Museum of History Annual Recognition Event
Join our heritage partner, the Everett Museum of History, for their annual recognition and fundraising event featuring the Pacific Northwest's beloved historian, Knute "Mossback" Berger. This is a great opportunity to support a vital organization dedicated to preserving our local history. Knute will share the gripping story of the Wellington Train Disaster of 1910, when two Great Northern Railway trains were swept away by a catastrophic avalanche near Stevens Pass. Berger's presentation style is deeply engaging and brings the region's unique past vividly to life—a true treat for any family history enthusiast. This event, held on Sunday, December 7, 2025, is a crucial fundraiser for the Museum, helping them connect our community with its heritage through educational exhibits and programs. If you're looking for a fascinating afternoon and a way to invest in local history preservation, we highly encourage you to attend.
